Easy 3 Ingredient Cookie Recipes
If you’re in the mood to bake (or just the mood to eat sweets), but don’t have baking ingredients and can’t exactly go out to the grocery, check out these easy recipes for peanut butter cookies and banana chocolate chip cookies! Both have minimal ingredients and use pantry staples to make super yummy cookies. Enjoy!
Peanut Butter Cookies
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients: Peanut butter, egg, sugar
Steps:
– Mix together 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup sugar, and about half an egg (I’ve swapped out the sugar for one date, crushed, too if you’re looking to do a lower sugar option)
– Roll into balls on a baking sheet and flatten
– Sprinkle some sea salt on top if you like
– Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees
– Enjoy!!
Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 17-20 minutes
Ingredients: Ripe banana, oats, chocolate chips (or other nuts, dried fruit, etc.)
Steps:
– Mash one preferably very ripe banana, and mix in 3/4 cup of oats and any mix-ins of your choice
– Shape into cookies and place on baking sheet (these cookies don’t expand, so shape them as you’d want your final cookies to be)
– Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes
