Alert: Le Cat Cafe is Coming to Philly!

Attention cat lovers! All your dreams of sipping coffee while surrounded by cats will be coming true beginning March 6th, when Le Cat Café will open on 2713 W Girard Avenue.  The café is being run by the Philly-based non-profit Green Street Rescue, and all cats will be single and ready to mingle (aka up for adoption).  Le Cat Café recommends that you book your visit in advance, as only 18 humans are allowed in at a time.  When you book a 1 hour visit for $10 with a student ID, you will be prepped for cat exposure by the “Cat Wrangler” (best job title) and will sign a waiver for the highly dangerous activity of being around the domestically wild animals.

It’s not really a café in the café sense of the word… you will be given a K-cup and access to a coffee/tea maker.  But still! There will be cats!
