“Ya Gotta Try This” Tasting Party 2014

The Independence Visitor Center shut down early on Thursday, October 2, with restaurants moving in for the Second Chance Foundation’s inaugural “Ya Gotta Try This Tasting Party.”  Guests bustled around the packed corridor, enjoying the many treats surrounding them.

Fox 29’s Mike Jerrick and District Attorney R. Seth Williams hosted the special benefit featuring cuisine and drinks from twenty-five of the region’s top restaurants, bars and eateries. Festivities included music (with many 2000s throwbacks!), dancing, and an expansive silent auction.
