Celebrate the End of Classes With ‘Shrooms… at Kensington Quarters!

At Kensington Quarters’ next private dinner on Thursday, April 30 at 7pm, Chef Damon Menapace will prepare this five-course Mushroom Dinner using mushrooms from Mycopolitan (one of their purveyors) in all courses. With wine pairings, the dinner is $75 per person. Reservations can be made at info@kensingtonquarters.com.

A representative from Mycopolitan will be present during the dinner to speak with guest more about their company, mushrooms, and growing process.

About Mycopolitan:  they are located in fishtown a few blocks from Kensington Quarters. “Mycopolitan Mushroom Co. is Philadephia’s first mushroom farm. We grow gourmet mushroom varieties using sustainable methods and deliver our produce fresh to local restaurants, retail establishments, and CSA’s. Teaching, researching new varieties and using fungi in permaculture are a few of our other passion.”
