Truck Treks: Pitruco Pizza
The chefs at Pitruco Pizza are killing it.
And no, it’s not out of a restaurant that they’re cranking out Philly’s most delicious pizzas. These wood-fired pizzas are coming out of a truck!
Some of their pizzas are classics, like this Margherita, while others are topped with ingredients you’d never think of, like Radicchio pizza. Give yourself the entire semester, or even just one trip, to try them all with your friends!
A wait is obviously expected, but the wait is well worth it (and you can call ahead if you’d like so your pizza is ready upon arrival).
