CHOW NOW: BBQ Bonanza!

All year CHOW NOW has tantalized your taste buds with news about the latest and greatest restaurants in Philadelphia. You’ve salivated over burgers, planned out your next food truck adventures, and read about food from around the world. But now that the weather is starting to warm up again, it’s time to dive back into classic warm weather fare. Yes, you know what I’m talking about. Good old fashioned BBQ.

For the next several weeks, CHOW NOW will focus its efforts on reviewing the best BBQ joints across the city. By the end of it, my hands will likely be permanently glazed in sticky-sweet sauce, my teeth will be raw from tearing juicy flesh off of meaty ribs, and I will probably leave a lingering scent of smoky burnt ends wherever I go. But the results will be worth it. So worth it.
