Details: Philadelphia magazine is hosting a weeklong Philly Cooks event featuring some of Philadelphia’s favorite chefs and restaurants. First, get a behind the scenes look at some of Philadelphia’s best restaurants during tasting tours that let you brush shoulders with some of Philadelphia’s finest, like Chef Jose Garces, Chef Michael Solomonov and Chef Marc Vetri. The tasting tours range from Old City to East Passyunk to North Broad to beyond.

Then, try out their award-winning food at the main Philly Cooks event. Enjoy food handpicked by Philadelphia magazine’s food editor, Jason Sheehan. Indulge in the food from more than 40 participating restaurants like Fette Sau, Sbraga, Vedge and more. Some of Philadelphia’s best bartenders will be pouring craft cocktails for guests as well.
