On Tuesday October 1,Bru Craft & Wurst is hosting an open bar where you can get “all-you-can-drink” drafts from Avery Brewing Company, a souvenir glass, and your choice of a Bavarian pretzel, a bratwurst sandwich, or Bru fries with a ticket costing only $40.  For those who don’t want to buy a ticket, you can enjoy a selection of German foods for $5 a piece.

Thursday October 3, walk through Center City and enjoy local drafts from three different locations as a part of the Philly on Tap tours. Tours start at 5 pm and last for about two hours. The maximum group size is 12 people, and tours are $35 per person.

Another event happening on October 3 is the Tipple’s Ghosts and Toasts Tour. From 5:30-8:00 PM take a tour of both modern and Colonial bars, where your tour guide will share with you drinking traditions and stories from the era the pub is from. The tour is running through November 7, and prices are $35 for students, seniors, and military, and $40 for adults.

Sunday October 6, from 12-7 pm, the Midtown Village Fall Festival is back for its eighth year. Located on 13th Street and stretching for six blocks from Chestnut to Locust Street, vendors will be selling food and drink, and there will also be different types of entertainment boots available.
