Sancho Pistola’s Fishtown Taco Exchange Program Kickoff with Chris Kearse

Sancho Pistola’s is launching their new guest-chef series, the Fishtown Taco Exchange Program. The inaugural event features Will BYOB chef/owner Chris Kearse.

Sancho’s chef/co-owner Adan Trinidad will be collaborating with Chef Kearse on a single signature taco, to be served between 9pm and Midnight on Monday, March 24.  This is one-night only, no repeats.

The Will/Sancho taco features Grilled Lamb’s Tongue, Cole Slaw, and Carrot BBQ. Serving is 2 tacos for $13.
